Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, booking records, or OPRA responses, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents with a public office.

The pages point visitors toward Salem County inmate and jail-record resources, including the county jail lookup, court portals, New Jersey OPRA materials under N.J.S.A. 47:1A, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or connected systems.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, background checks, employment screening, tenant screening, credit reports, insurance reports, or private-investigation services. Visitors agree not to use information found here or through linked partner tools for the following purposes.

• Employment hiring, firing, promotion, or discipline.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Sites

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, New Jersey court portals, OPRA resources, federal locators, legal information, or outside search services. Those sites are not operated by Salem County Inmate Population, and their content, availability, pricing, and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. No guarantee is made about the following points.

• Accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information.
• Uninterrupted or error-free site access.
• Freedom from bugs, security issues, or technical defects.
• Completeness or usefulness of third-party search results.

Custody status, release dates, charges, court events, and public-record availability can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Salem County, the sheriff's office, a jail, NJDOC, or a court.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salem County Inmate Population is not liable for damages, losses, delays, errors, or decisions arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or use of linked third-party resources.

Indemnification

Visitors agree to hold the site harmless from claims, damages, costs, and legal fees that arise from their use of the site, misuse of information, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Text, page structure, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to Salem County Inmate Population or its content partners unless another source is identified. Copying, redistributing, or modifying site material requires written permission.

Governing Law

Severability
